The story
It started with a gap, not a business plan
After the pandemic, a wave of people started posting for their businesses without knowing what any of it was for. The market had not understood yet how much of a company's reputation now lives on a phone screen. Ivana Mota and Osvaldo Manchim had both been working inside that mess separately, and in 2022 they decided to run it properly, as one operation.
The first years taught the lesson that shaped everything after it. A brand does not get better because someone posts more often. It gets better when one team decides what each piece of content is for, produces it and stays long enough to read the numbers. So WE2 was rebuilt around that: fewer clients, complete delivery, and a relationship measured in years instead of months.
Today most of our work is for clients in the United States and Europe, and we keep working in Brazil. WE2 became a formal agency on Upwork, reached Top Rated Plus, and kept clients who are still with us today. The numbers followed: 4 million organic views for one account in 90 days, 24,100 new followers for another in that same window. Same team, same standard, whether the brief arrives in English or in Portuguese.
Founders
You will always know who is doing the work
Two founders, one small team, no account manager standing between you and the people producing your content.
Ivana Mota
Co-founder · Content strategy and copywriting
Ivana is the content strategist and copywriter. She decides what each brand says, to whom and in what order, writes the copy, manages the accounts day to day and directs the design and editing team. She is also the one who tells you when an idea will not work.
Osvaldo Manchim
Co-founder · Operations, commercial and paid media
Osvaldo runs the company. Administration, commercial, processes and finance, plus the paid media on Meta and Google: campaign structure, media buying and the reporting that connects spend to results.
The partnership model
The difference between hiring five people and hiring one team
The usual arrangement
A patchwork of freelancers
You brief the copywriter, then brief the designer again, then explain it a third time to whoever posts.
Each person owns their piece. Nobody owns the outcome.
Someone disappears after three months and the brand voice resets.
Ads are built by a person who has never read the content plan.
How WE2 runs
One team, one contract
One brief, one calendar, one monthly report covering organic and paid together.
The same people write, design, edit and publish, so the brand sounds like itself everywhere.
Nothing is subcontracted at the last minute to hit a deadline.
Campaign creative comes from the team that already knows what your audience responds to.
What we hold to
Four rules we do not bend, even when it costs us the sale
01
Strategy before production
No piece of content enters production without a clear job inside a brand pillar. If a brief is too thin to define that job, we fix the brief first.
02
Proof instead of promises
Every claim we make is backed by a number or a real example. We would rather take longer on a diagnostic than answer you with adjectives.
03
No pressure selling
No fake deadlines, no invented scarcity, no chasing. If the fit is wrong, we say so and point you somewhere better.
04
A method the team can repeat
Everything we do is documented and repeatable. Your results should not depend on one person having a good week.
Next step
See whether the fit is real before anyone signs anything
Leave your details. We look at your current channels and come back with what we would fix first.
